A Step-By-Step on Game registration?

Hey, I'm having a huge problem trying to register games. It sends me to some site (sedoc.net) that I have no idea what it is, or what to do. Can someone who knows how please give a quick rundown on how to register games please?

Yes, I believe they need tutorials on all of the features, even though I see the site's immense value. For example, I believe new beginners need some training, tutorials, or guides on how everything works and is laid out, because when I went to all of the social media, it wasn't very helpful, so I had to contact Support to figure things out, but without needing support, I found what I was looking for by accident.
