already have an account

I already have a war thunder account. I've tried logging in on the register page but my quests still aren't open yet and I've already tried putting in a screenshot of the registration email, yet that didn't work either. Is there any way I can access the quest without making a new account?

EDIT:
I've registered with an alt account yet the site still hasn't registered me. Is it just time lag or is the site just broken?
