Bananas being refunded

Hello

I have twice tried to order $5 steam gift cards using my bananas but both occsions they have been refunded without any explination to why the order has been rejected? Could you shed some light into these please?

If, something was refunded it's mean that right now bananatic wait for delivery of rewards or it's hard to get it so they don't want to wait and give back banana.
