Banantic App Unavailable IOS, TV points not adding

Hi Bananatic, I've had a bit of trouble, every now and then when I watch the videos in Bananatic it doesn't go into my account for some reason and I can't figure out why. If this happens is it best if I take screenshots and send the number of bananas I obtain with proof of the screenshot or try something else. Another problem I've had is downloading your Bananatic App on iOS 13. It doesn't seem to appear on the App Store, neither does the link work. I got an error message saying I need to be in a specific country on the App Store but I do not know which country I need to "be in". Do you know? I also saw somewhere that apparently it got removed from the App Store to everyone.

We are working of IOS app, and soon it will be available again. Bananas from BananaTV are always added on midnight.
