Cannot get to Quest

I finally was able to get a screenshot approved, with the help of my Granddaughter. She showed me how to do it. I cannot seem to get back in the games I was playing. It keeps redirecting me back to the beginning page. I Click play and nothing, it stays there. That has happen with all 4 games. Why? I wonder. I try and reach customer service, though get told They will ban me from site if I keep bothering them. I only wanted to know how to do a screenshot.
