Cant get bananabet Reward

I won five dollars on steam on the Bananabet but dont know what to do and how to recieve them

after it gets approved from an admin you can see it on "Prizes" tab

How long does it take to aproove, cause Ive had it for a few months now. And I can see it on the prizes tab. I cant do anything other than seeing it.
