Can't get my reward

So the problem is, I made a new account (I'm new to it) and I finished downloading it, played 3 matches (one match in VICTORY) and I still didn't get my reward of the XP and later some bananas. I cleared cache, disabled adblock and everything but I just can't get my reward. Any ideas?

If it is the first mission, just wait until it processes and if it is the other missions, you have to take a screenshot and send it to be verified
