I registered in the game bleach and arrives at level 5 but I do not credit the experience to release the quest 1 only appears a clock in red.

The clock is normally the amount of time you have to complete the quest, but the registration quest does not have a timer. Sometimes it can take a few days to verify that you have completed registration.
