The problem for me is that the registration and nickname quest is not appearing for me. This is the second game this has happened with me on.

Have you verified your email for the game, possibly in spam folder.
Are you using VPN or regular broadband connection?
Are you launching the game from Bananatic website directly?
Further issues, please you can log a Support Ticket by clicking left hand green tab...
Plse include any further details you like, such as browser name, games you are having trouble with etc...
