Do the rewards circulate?

Right now, the major Games tab only has maybe 3 or 4 games that have rewards, though I've seen people playing different games for bananas. Do the games that have rewards rotate, and how often does that happen?

Hey Rem,
the games that offer rewards make a deal with us so we can offer you said rewards.
If there's no reward for a game there is currently no deal with that game developer!
