i saw something while signing in, it said please dont leave here have double bananas for completing tasks, im just wondering if i somehow i can get that even if im signed in

You normally receive that at the very begining registration to Bananatic. Then your first quest(s) will receive double the rewards. Normally signing out and attempting to sign in you will see that message, but it is normally for those signing up to the website.
