Duplicate product code

I was recently sent a random Steam product code but it has been already activated by another steam account and cannot be used again.

File a message to support, this usually doesn't happen but if so, then they will give you a new one if the system logs are right.

TheLegendaryVegetableFile a message to support, this usually doesn't happen but if so, then they will give you a new one if the system logs are right.
For some reason I can't file a message to support. It's not letting me submit a ticket :|
