first quest

i registered and reached level 2 in-game but it says have not completed the quest

Hi this might be error in screenchecking, you can resubmit the same screenshot. It might have seemed to the team that it was a Fake Screen. Please check Quest details carefully for this game qust and resubmit your screen if need be :)

we can't because it's the opeing quest right before we do quest 1 we don't even get "put your in game name here" just nonthing happens

It's still an issue right now. I cleared the cookies and tried signing up for a 2nd account even and nothing.

I don't know about tickets, but I tried clicking "SUPPORT" on the bottom right of the site, and it seemed like no matter how many times I tried nothing would actually send from there. At least, if it did nothing happened to indicate it.
