If you are experiencing issues while loading a game, you may have an addon installed, which blocks our ad servers. In the most cases it is the addon Adblocker or Adblock Plus. Also, it can be an addon of your antivirus software, e.g. Avira Antivirus. Please check in your browser, which addons you have installed on it and try to deactivate them.
