HELP ME I CANNOT GET MY BANANBET REWARD!!!

I have asked this question on the forum before, but I will ask again. I did the bananabet for the 5$ steam card, won it, but do not know how to get it. And Ive asked about this on the forum, and was told to go to prizes. Well. I went there.. and that didnt help. It says 5$ steam wallet that I have it as a prize. I am in no way able to interact with it or get it at all. What Do I Do?
