How am I suppose to take a screenshot

I cant really understand this, Im level 7 but the name ChillyPotato21 isn't really visble. all I can see is Justin Mythrider. pls help

Many encounter this issue due to the fact they add in the wrong name, you were suppose to enter your nickname as the character, or the wizards, name.
Also, to take a screenshot: use Dropbox's desktop screenshot feature or hold down your home button and press PrtScn. This saves it as a file to your Pictures > Screenshots folder.
