How are they earning so many bananas?

On my ranking, in just 4 days the top ranked person has earnt over 7000 bananas! People ranked around 10-20 have about 1000-1500 which is achievable, but I just don't understand how they are earning so many. Also, these people don't cap out at 7000 either, they go on to earn 30000+ bananas within a month, EVERY MONTH! I was just wondering what technique these people were using to earn so many bananas.
