How long does it take for the bot to send a trade request?

I really wondering this as when I ordered my Bronze Deco I went to bed right after and as I woke I found it. Does it take 10 hours?

Delivery of CSGO Skins usually takes just few minutes but when there is a high overload and many pending orders it can take a little longer (even few hours).
