How to comment & rate a "News article"?

In boosting your banana, one of the ways is to comment on a news article. I cannot find them. Can someone please point the way to them for me? Thanks!

Well, I'm trying to get the experience points. It says "add a comment to a news article. I did what you said & nothing. Those are reviews though. Wondering where the "News Articles" are?
