how to run on notifications?

that bell at the bottom left keeps telling me to click it an turn on notifications but every time i click 'click here to see how; nothing happens an everytime i see it i want taco bell help someone!

When you click it, it should show up a little bar on the top left that says "allow notifications, click allow.If it doesn't show up then go to your search bar.behind the "https://" you should see something that says "Secure" with a green lock next to it.Click that and find notifications.Go the the right where it has the little arrow and set your options of what you want.
