I cant get any credits since I redeemed my key

I was loving this website everything was working up until I redeemed my key now all the sudden no surveys or signups will give me any bananas. I have contacted the support team but I still have no idea what is happening. I would love a admin response on why I cant get credited for anything whatsoever.

The only credits I'm getting are from apps now I don't understand what's wrong :/

Hello Spartans1144,
the most popular problem is that people do not use a clean browser.
Make sure that you clear your cache and cookies before doing tasks.
Also make sure to uninstall Adblock if you use it.

We cannot really help you in case of non-functional offer boxes because they're set up by third party companies.
Please contact their support for help in case you do not get bananas for certain tasks.
