I can't start

So when i try to do the first quest. It says to finish the previous quest and i already registered for the game. Plz help. Also none of the common issues was the case.

Ok so it sounds like something is still wrong with registration process. Did you verify email for the game, launch from bananatic, and do you have any other conflicting accounts. Also...are you using a VPN? this could interfere... Further issues plse log a Support Ticket.
