i did not recieve the $5 steam gift card i bought

i have waited more than 48 hours and still have not recieved the email. I have checked my spam folder 10 times and so i know it's not there. also i clicked on the gear on the top right of the website and went to prizes but there was no magnifier to click on to get the code.

Hey Beamishframe0,

you can always take a look on all your orders directly on bananatic. To do this, click on the top right on the gear and than on "Prizes". If there is a magnifying glass visible next to your order, you can click on it to get your code.
