i have given an order of a game is it for steam?

hello i need help , i always have error when putting the code in steam in the add activate a product on steam, when i put the code it gives me error pls help... i dont know where can i post the picture....

If you got a random steam code or premium random steam code copy it from your email and paste it into the activate steam product area. If you received a steam wallet code make sure you copy and paste it into the Add Funds area. If neither are working please file a support ticket or contact our social media pages.
