I haven't got my winnings

I need to know when i'm going to get my random steam keys because I've bought 1 and won 1 from bananabet and I haven't go any of those yet, it's been about a month now and i'm still waiting

A month?! Make sure you file a support ticket. Have you tried going to the prizes tab to see if you received them there? Also make sure to include proof you purchased and won those items when you file a support ticket, but check the prizes section first.

You're supposed to recieve them jsut a day after.Did you check the right email?The one you used to sign up to bananatic with.Be sure to check all your email sections even spam and trash.If you mistakenly deleted them check in your trash for Bananatic order.Hopefully you haven't deleted the email.

Go to the settings wheel in the top riht corner of the site. Then select prizes under it.

It shows that i've got the prizes but I can't see them on my e-mail

There should be a magnifying glass next to your received code in your prizes section. Click on that and it show you the code.
