I need help with a quest!!!

So i sent a screenshot and it was rejected.. It said invisible game name.. it clearly shows my username on the top left corner, and I reached the requirements for the quest.. The name i typed is the same name for the game, i doubled checked.

Unfortunately if the time limit has expired you will have to play the next quest available.

I haven't used it much but by simply resend in it or getting an other screen shot should do the trick

Yeah, you have to be careful with the screenshots cause they need to show all the required information.
