If i already have an Arc account

Hi

I already have a Arc account because i play Star Trek with Bananatic! So i dont have a confirmation email because i have a Arc account... My question is : do i have to make a new Arc account so i can get a confirmation email with Neverwinter or it will work with my Arc account if i never play Neverwinter before?

Hi!
Yes, you do need to create a new Arc account if you want to earn the rewards. This will mean that you have to do the things again but since you have played the game before, it should be a breeze.
