paysafe card issue

So i had just recently reemdem a $10 paysafe card and just got the code for it and went to use it and its telling me that the balance on the card has already been used can anyone tell me whats going on with that?

Hello!

There was an issue with Pay Safe Cards so your card could have been given out during that time. Please message support and they will look into it for you :)
