Premium key not delivered

It's been about 2 weeks since I purchased a 500 banana key and I have yet to receive it through email, any help anyone?

Check to see if it is in your prizes tab. Click the setting icon top right, the 3rd option should say 'prizes', then if it has been delivered there should be a magnifying class next to premium key purchase.

It says 1 random premium steam key but then just has 0 bananas next to it, lost 500 bananas drat

That's mean you dont take it in time and it wac canceled. Now bananas was add to account so you can take new one.
