Problem getting to FoE through the site

I have attempted to sign up for the Forge of Empires task list over the last few weeks but keep getting a blank screen with the message "Campaign is paused. You will be redirected to another page".

I am then redirected to a games page (funhub.pl).

Is this a known issue, and is there a way to work around it?
