Quest 1 wont work

I have played way more than 5 battles and it still wont give me my bananas. I am using a different e mail for the game and this website. How do I get my bananas?

All looks good, go back to the World of Warship page on bananatic and check out Quests / once you finish any of them just simply upload email to confirm it
