Quest 2

I've started playing last week, registred via bananatic. SS for my 1st quest was accepter and I did get my reward. Yesterday, I've send another ss with a population and it was rejected. Message was more or less something like: Existing account not allowed, please create new account and lunch it using bananatic. Now I don't get it, should I register new account (is it legal?) and start a game from very begining to get reward?
