screenshot being rejected

I was wondering what is needed in a screenshot, other than character showing level and name of game on top of picture, to be accepted.

Make sure the quest being completed and your in-game nickname is clearly visible. When these two things are in check wait up to 48 hours to receive the reward, or be rejected. If you're being rejected and are doing both of these things please file a support ticket.
