this game had me install via steam... its not browser based

Hello! I'm not too sure about this one but I reckon you show as much proof as you can so we know that you did complete a certain quest. This may be why. Not sure why it is asking for a screenshot of the browser, maybe because it is asking you to verify that you created an account. Try these possible solutions above, I'll get back to you as soon as I find out what might be causing the problem :)
