Spending Bananas

I am attempting to purchase a CSGO skin, but every time I try it says Service Unavailable. I have tried purchasing other skins and it says the exact thing. I have enough bananas but it still will not purchase.
Also on Bananabet, it says my account is not approved every time I attempt to enter one.
What should I do?
