Steam keys Mac

So I got some steam keys and I activated them but I got games that are windows only. I have a mac so I can't use those. Is there anything you can do about it?

Windows only games?That is odd, steam games are universal to any platform,what games did you get from the keys, and how many keys did you buy?

Steam games sometimes are specified to one type of platform but games like guts and glory are playable on multiple platforms. I got "The Deed" and "Turn Around". I got 2 keys and those were the games I got.
