Hello! I believe you should send your screenshots to the support as they can solve your issue! You should double check, your name you gave to the website and in game is the same, the name is clear to see, the image shows that you have completed your quest!
If you have checked those and you have ticked all the boxes, then you should go ahead and contact support!
