Umm, so i am unable to subscribe to the notifications. Whenever i press the button, it lights up then nothing happens. Sorry if this is answered further down, however i haven't seen anyone mention it yet. Thanks for the help.

Try deleting your cookies or just go to chrome://settings and scroll all the way down.From there click reset to original setting choices.You can also go to chrome://history and click clear browsing data on the left.Select everything and choose when to delete it from.(By the way, my choice would be to try the chrome://history instead of the chrome://settings since it is more recommended and accurate.)
