Why when i press support and fill a ticket and HIT SEND it doesn't send?

Does support even work??

Support does work. Are you properly filling out the required segments of the support ticket? Also it could be an error on your part, you could have sent it and not known, or your computer may not allow it to be sent. If you have a problem that you need foxed and support isn't working contact our social media pages.
