Support doesn't work.

I have tried using support, and when I click the "Submit" button nothing really happens. I have heard of other people using support just fine and I want to question why asking in support doesn't work for me.

you may have an adblocker if you turn it off it may start working

cfc90 is right.There might be an extension interfering with the site data.Clear your cache and cookies from chrome://history.

Hi you can also contact Facebook via our page there :) as alternative, if adblock

Alright it seems that nothing here actually worked, but thanks for the help. I've tried clearing the cache and disabling every extension I have, switching to other browsers and I can say it could be a problem with using au.bananatic.com instead of using www.bananatic.com (the Australian version). Maybe if there was a way to force loading on www.bananatic.com I could contact support, but in the meantime I will probably try Facebook or something else.

OK, actually I found the solution that worked for me. Instead of using Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge (none of those work for some reason), I decided to use IE and it actually submitted the form. So if anyone else encounters this issue try using IE to load the support link.
