"Temporary Verification Prosess" Help?

The "Temporary Verification Prosess" has been going for almost half the year now and i have been doing some quest to 'speed' it up. Please help!?

You should contact support and tell them that this has been occuring and since it has been half a year, they should remove it within 24-48 hours!
