Theorem Reach Surveys

Hello, I have been doing theorem reach surveys quite often. I have had two that I have done today and they credit through theorem reach and it says X amount of bananas earned. When I look under theorem reach it also says the amount of bananas earned. This amount does not always transfer over to bananatic and I end up getting no rewards. I reached out to theorem reach and they said that the rewards credited on their end. I am not sure what is going on and where the bananas are going unless they are held up somewhere?
