I played a game and received a badge. I can also see the quest 1 for this game.

After that I came back to the map of shops and opened treasure shop but it still doesn't give me a random cd key.

Is it a bug or I do something wrong?

Hello daejonman,
You have to go on the top right, click on settings, go into prizes and you should see your price there and if it doesn't have a tick next to it then we are still processing your order!

You have to go to settings and go to prizes. It will be waiting for you there.

I registered for a game and it got approved and I was able to do the first quest and it has been almost 3 days since I first registered, but I still haven't gotten the prize.

Are you sure that you completed your quest? And have you submitted proof? Has it got rejected or not?
You might want to consider the questions above, they might be why you haven't received them! Check them first!

Try clearing your cookies and cache.If you have previously tried to do a quest for that game before or done another quest before it, it will interfere with the new data.Go to chrome://history (Yes, to history) then click clear browsing data.It should take you to a more advanced page.Tick off the boxes for cookies and cache and then click delete, then close and reopen your browser.For mozilla browser, click the top right with the 3 dots and then click history or settings.Scroll data own the settings and find searches and recent history.
