What's up with this?

There is a "Special Quest" flashing at the top of the site that directs me to login with Steam, only for the Steam website to state: "The URL you are attempting to log in to has been blocked by our moderators and staff. This site may be engaged in phishing, scamming, spamming, or delivering malware." This is quite troubling. What's your explanation?

Our website has been "blocked" by STEAM as our users promoted it there with their reflinks - thats the only explanation.
We are not able to push STEAM to unblock us
