Why does it keep rejecting my screenshot

This has been the second time it got rejected, my in-game nickname was showing and the task I had to do, it said my account can be blocked from using a different users screenshot... I took the TIME to finish that task, and now I'm having problems with the 2nd quest to finish, I don't know if I should do it again or report it.
