How to complete week 1 challenges of fortnite season 3 chapter 3

We all know about fortnite season 3 chapter 3 weekly challenges that comes in a bunch of 7 challenges per week. Today we will take a look on week 1 challenges and how to complete them.

The challenges are:

1) Damage Loot Sharks at Sweaty Sands: 0/200
2) Deal Damage within 10 seconds of landing from the whirlpool at Hydro 16: 0/1
3) Enter Catty Corner Vault: 0/1
4) Search Gnomes at Homely Hills: 0/3
5) Search chests or ammo boxes at Rickety Rig: 0/7
6) Land at Misty Meadows and finish top 25: 0/1
7) Eliminations at Steamy Stacks: 0/3

So, here how to complete each one of these challenges:

1) Damage Loot Sharks at Sweaty Sands: 0/200

This is a pretty easy one. First, you have to go to Sweaty Sands. Then go and grab a bunch of guns and make sure to loot ammo. Second, you have to find a shark; this probably is the hardest part of the challenge, but don’t worry, you can ride a boat around in Sweaty Sands until you find one. Last, shoot the shark until you damage 200 of his health.

2) Deal Damage within 10 seconds of landing from the whirlpool at Hydro 16: 0/1

I don’t know why some consider this challenge a bit hard where I did it twice in a short time. Basically what you have to do is enter a whirlpool (that thing in water that makes you fly) which is located at Hydro 16 beside the bridge. You don’t have time to look for guns and ammo after landing since you need to deal damage within 10 seconds of landing, so make sure to be prepared before entering the whirlpool. Do it in the early stage of the match so there are a lot of players. The chances to find players are then high. I always find people beyond the bridge at the small land in the center of the lake.

3) Enter Catty Corner Vault: 0/1

The only thing you have to do here is to kill the boss (which is here the small cat), take the card and open the vault. It is so similar to killing Midas, Brutus, or others in fortnite season 3 chapter 2.

4) Search Gnomes at Homely Hills: 0/3

Here you have to go Homely Hills and search for 3 gnomes. Some of them are in houses (make sure to search the attics too). Also, search in the backyards of the houses. Others are simply outside.

5) Search chests or ammo boxes at Rickety Rig: 0/7

Only enter Rickety Rig and search for chests and ammo boxes. You need 7 to complete this challenge.

6) Land at Misty Meadows and finish top 25: 0/1

You have here to land at Misty Meadows and be of the remaining 25 players.

7) Eliminations at Steamy Stacks: 0/3

In my opinion, it is the hardest challenge among all because not many players are landing there after the update. It is somehow empty from chests and ammo boxes. Any way after you find players, just eliminate 3 of them and you are good to go.
