• Visit https://grandtheftarma.com/ and register to Grand Theft Arma game.
Make sure while you are in it, take a look at the rules and spend the extra few minutes to read them. Knowing about the game rules will make you avoid getting banned in case something wrong were to happen.
• Owning additional DLCs will unlock more content which you will be able to play with.
You can check server status in the official website to see if they are up:
https://grandtheftarma.com/servers
All times are GMT London.
For ex., the specific address for Server 1: 164.132.201.9, port: 2302. After you've clicked to connect, ARMA III launcher will automatically launch the game and connect to the server. When connected, you will first choose to be a civilian, take up a civilian slot and receive the mission files which get updated everytime the server is patched or new updates are received. The same goes for Server 2 and Server 3. Your progress remains the same on all of the servers. The second and third servers come up when first one fills up or at specific times listed in the server tab.
After mission file is downloaded you will see the map of Altis and then you can pick the spawn point of your choosing where the main begginer spawning points are Kavala or Pyrgos.
After the initial stages you have to continue gathering higher tier materials and processing them before selling, for which you will need a license for. All licenses can be bought at DMVs. The rest is displayed on the map as in icons showing where you need to go next.
The map changes often by admins moving runs from one place to another therefore before each time make sure you are on your right way!
Make sure to always follow the game rules and remember that this is a role-play game therefore imagine you have to stick with everything as if it were real life!
