Problem with the giveaways

Hi guys,I always encounter with the error "your account has not been found" error in the earn 100/200 bananas in the partner site (bananatic.com) quest in the giveaways at bananagiveaways.com
I have sent a ticket about it but couldnt get a reply so far and i realized im not the only one who has this problem ,so any admin or mod id you can help us out it will be much appreciated.

Good evening,

first i have to ask which language you would prefer, english or turkish?
Next thing i have on my list ist that you have 3 Accounts in total which is not allowed, which could be one of the reasons you are dealing with some issues.
